- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that the material removed or disabled due to a DMCA takedown notice is not infringing or that you have the legal right to post the material, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material removed: A description of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
